Dior Fall 2011 Blue Tie Collection: Smoking Blue (001)
This is Dior’s latest Fall Collection. The model looks pretty eh? I love the eye colours. Sexy and sleek.
As usual, all CD makeup come with a velvet pouch.
This is what the palette looks like. Very techy and cool!
The palette contains 4 eye colours and 1 nude coloured lip gloss. See how clever the packaging is? The gloss is separated from the colours with a little flip up cover.

I was anticipating this… and the disappointment is great =(
See the swatch below. Dior SkinFlash was used as base. Colours are from top left, top right, bottom right, bottom left, gloss. I am very disappointed with the colour pay off. I really layered the colours just to get the colours to show. This is especially so for the matte colour at the top left of the palette.
As much as I love the packaging, it’s still the quality of the colours that matters. And this one did not pass the test. Boo hoo!!
