Sunday Sharing: Let’s Talk Fashion *cringe*

I am not a victim of fashion. I do not follow trends. I like to look presentable, but I also like to be comfortable in my own skin AND clothes. However, there are some things I can NOT tolerate. I don’t eat bittergourd and celery because they taste funny to me. I don’t like to eat anything with slimy texture because I think of disgusting phlegm and mucus. I couldn’t watch Ace Ventura because some of the scenes made me feel like vomiting. When it comes to fashion, I do not, will not, cannot understand this….

V.P.L. Visible panty lines.

Need I say more? Maybe I’m just too unforgiving. Just imagine… if lady on the left of the picture above turned around, what do you think the front view will be? I have seen it in real life and I had to go wash my eyes after that. Ladies, it is very important to wear clothes that fit well, not snug, no matter what your size is.

A recent discussion with friends brought us to the issue of socks and sandals. Right or wrong, really, I think it depends on how the wearer carries it. My husband is sometimes guilty of this, and I refused to go out with him. This is especially true if he was wearing shorts. LOL!

However, I do think some look fashionable…

What say you about socks and sandals? Does VPL irk you like it does me? What other fashion faux pas that you just can’t ignore?? Let’s talk!

V.P.L. is so disgusting!! “My husband is sometimes guilty of this, and I refused to go out with him” hahaha! You the best! :)

  4. Eeee I’m practically nauseated! Besides these, what I can’t stand is how nowadays some girls wear leggings as if they were pants! However skinny you are, wearing leggings as pants is JUST NOT DONE! At least pair it with a long T-shirt or tunic pleeaaaase!

Leggings are so comfy. I’m guilty of liking my leggings but I always pair it with a long tee. Well, I have my backside covered at All times, at least.
As for those with thongs that show above their low rise, well, I’m speechless. So UN cool!

HAHAHA! I know what you mean about boots! I have 2 pairs of boots and I’m glad I can make use of them when I travel to colder countries. Thing is, I do see many people wearing boots in Malaysia. I’m OK as long as they look comfortable wearing them. And yes, it’s been blardy HOT I’ve been wearing slippers only!!
