Sunday Surprise: Revlon Lip Butter Giveaway! [closed]
I know I know, how late am I??? I had so many things to tell you and I’ve been delaying this over and over again. There are so many reviews out there already and now Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain is already available at counters nationwide. Then again, I’ve decided just putting my 1/2 cents worth, because this is essentially a giveaway post! This time of the year makes me happy, with Christmas decorations all up, the holiday spirit makes me want to give 
I purchased this a long time ago but I haven’t been wearing it much until recently. I decided to give it a whirl because I want to make a dent in ALL my lipsticks. Yes, I have to schedule which lipstick to use, to use it daily for 7 days, to re-apply at least 3 times a day. Heh… just kidding 
Actually, think 5 times a day. LOL! So my lipstick of the week is Cherry Tart, which is simply a red. A wearable red.
Revlon Lip Butters are supposed to wear like lip balms, which mean they are moisturizing on your lips. I thought the pigmentation is pretty good for Cherry Tart (though it is still a little sheer), and the wear isn’t too bad either. For a formula like this, I wore it for 2 hours before any signs of fading. However, by the 4th hour (if it lasts that long), I notice some flaking on my lips. It’s probably just me, because from most of the reviews I read, nobody mentioned flaking. I’m guessing my lips are just acting weird.

Am 28 and until 2 months ago, I never quite believed in lip sticks and falsies. And I started makeup when I was 17! Guess lipsticks never quite stayed on m lips and I hate the chapping that follows. 2 months ago, I bought my first revlon lip butter on a work trip to SF, just so I can look more polished in an important meeting. I got tutti frutti from drugstore on a cold evening. When I tried it on bak at hotel, I was delighted as it feels like a lip balm but with REAL color! I wore it everyday and I guess my faith on finding the RIGHT lipstick got restored abit. When I got back home, I got another color Strawberry Shortcake- the color made me feel SWEET 17 all over again. Would love to get all colors of this range….. Now I wonder when I can finally find the PERFECT RED lippie that makes me feel sexy. Hmmm.
I want them because almost everyday I read about them on someone’s blog and they are not (and they will not be!) available in my country.

I would love to have some new colour in my make up bag. Having lived away from my home country for a year I haven’t bought any makeup and now moving back I am desperate to have new lippies. Especially as I entering back into the workforce after having 8 years out of it with having babies and a hubby who is forever away. These look perfect for the hip, new science/maths teacher … me!
