Apply Clarins Hand and Nail Treatment Cream For Soft Non-Oily Hands
My hands have been good to me. They didn’t start feeling dry until recently, and I’m already in my mid-30s. I might have to thank my sometimes sweaty hands, but ageing is inevitable. My hands feel especially dry when I’m in the office, thanks and no thanks to the air conditioning. I used to swear by L’Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream because it was rich enough to keep my hands comfortable, and it still does. However, Clarins gave me a very different experience and meaning to hand creams.
When I read the above description on the box, I was a little skeptical about the non sticky part. Nearly all hand creams I’ve tried say that, and they’re ALL sticky to a certain degree, even with my old time fave L’Occitane. When I first applied this, I was surprised that it does what it claims! There is a soothing flowery powdery scent to this hand cream, and it absorbs into the skin leaving my skin feel like, well, skin. There is no residue at all, my hands instantly feel comfortable. Do you notice how it feels when you wash your hands after hand cream application? It’s like washing away the cream right? When it comes to this Clarins one, it just feels like everything’s been absorbed, and I’m just washing my hands without the cream. I don’t know a more eloquent way to put this. LOL!
It is easy to squeeze out the hand cream and while the texture is thick, creamy and emolient, my hands don’t feel greasy at all. This is the part I’m so excited about. I’ve been using this for a few months now, and it’s become my morning routine at work. I get to work, apply my hand cream before starting to work. After I wash my hands and if my hands feel dry, I’ll apply this hand cream again. It doesn’t make my keyboard all greasy nor do I have to wait for it to dry down.

My hands feel much better after I apply this, but that’s all it does. My hands still feel dry if I didn’t apply it. So, while it claims to be a hand and nail treatment, I find it only offers comfort instead of treating them, if you know what I mean. Still, I think it does a good job and I prefer to use a hand cream that offers me total comfort rather than something that makes my hands feel all greasy.
Have you tried this? It’s pretty good stuff. It’s available at all Clarins counter nationwide, and if I’m not mistaken, it’s around the range of RM75-RM80. If you know the exact price, please let me know
