Estee Lauder Nutritious Cleanser. Love Its Dual Function

I’ve been using this Estee Lauder Nutritious Cleanser (RM115) for a few months now, and you know what? I love it! If you’re looking for a foam cleanser that cleans your face without leaving your skin dry, this is it. Here’s just a very short write up on it, because hey, how much can I write about a foam cleanser?

Most foam cleansers come in a tube like this, so I won’t talk much about the packaging. There is a sweet pomegranate scent to this cleanser that I find comforting. I usually use this much (picture below), lather, then wash my face and neck. It gets rid of all dirt and grime, but if I have a full face of makeup, I’d remove those first. This will take care of the rest :-) At times, when I haven’t used a face mask for a while, and I feel that my face needs that extra bit of cleansing, I’d smooth on this cleanser on my dry face. I’ll leave it on for about 5-10 minutes, before washing it off in the shower. I love that it can multitask like that.

My face does feel softer and conditioned to absorb whatever skincare goodness I’d apply after. I always bring this when I travel because I of the dual function. I notice my face looks more radiant and I love how clean AND soft it feels. No squeakety squeak at all. Would I repurchase after I’m done with my foam cleansers? Yes, I will :-)

What facial cleansers do you use? Foam? Milk? Balm? How do you like yours?

xoxo Lily

I got one of this, and I like it! Thank god estee lauder decided to reformulate this range becos previously, when I used this cleanser, it purified the skin too much. I like this now! *high5*

I use Murad Refreshing Cleanser in the morning and AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser at night. I adore both; they cleanse my combination to oily skin perfectly without a hint of tightness. Once a week I use the Philosophy Microdelivery Peel; this really gives my skin a smooth surface and prevents build-up of milia, blackheads etc. Finally I have found my perfect regimen for now!!!!

Oh thanks for sharing, Bella. I tried Philosophy Cleanser and don’t really like it though

Hey Lily, I haven’t used a cleanser like this for a while now! Nowadays I go for milk or balm at nighttime, and I still love my Caudalie foaming cleanser for a quick wash in the morning. I’m still eyeing May Lindstrom Clean Dirt. Truth be told, I have a hunch that it won’t take too long till I have a bottle delivered :)

    • http://www.chloeash.com Lily

I’ve read heaps about May Lindstrom and I want to try it too. That is, after Omorovicza :-)

Pomegranate!? Foaming? YES! This sounds right up my alley. I love a foamy cleanser!

You gotta try this Kristen. And if you do, I hope you like it too!

I’m glad this works for you! I just use really gentle basic cleansers, like CeraVe

    • http://www.chloeash.com Lily

Oh I haven’t heard of that. The mildest cleanser I’ve tried must be Cetaphil when my skin was acting up.

I haven’t seen this one before!

I’ve been using a balm lately (the smelly Eve Lom cleanser) and I’ve been absolutely loving it. With my Clarisonic I’ve been mostly using the Estée Lauder Perfectly Clean cleanser, which has a gel like consistency and foams up nice. I’ll just use all of my cleansers and then we’ll see what type I’ll repurchase..

    • http://www.chloeash.com Lily

Oh Eve Lom. I don’t like the extra steps for a cleanser but I’ve read good things about it.

This one sounds real nice! Is the fragrance strong? The last EL I tried almost felt like perfume and I’m not that sensitive to this usually. Pomegranate and double function would sure be nice! At the moment I use a foam from Vichy and it’s fine but I’m not sure I would repurchase (it was for Cat but she didn’t like it). I prefer rince off foams and gels to milk. Haven’t tried any balms yet. :)

Hi Helene. I don’t think the fragrance is too strong. Could you perhaps get a sample?
