Diorsnow makeup: Frost Bloom and Crystal Rose
Today I will be talking about 2 items sent to me a while ago. A Diorsnow edition eye palette Frost Bloom and a face powder called Diorsnow Light Reveal Colour Correcting Powder in 001 Crystal Rose. Diorsnow skin care is one of my favourites, and it is a whitening / brightening range available in Asia. The makeup launched on a yearly basis also promotes just that. A brightening effect for the face. So, face powders are to illuminate, and eye shadows are usually pale, sheer and irridescent. It’s the snowy effect after all 
Unboxing of VanityTrove March 2013
This is the second box of VanityTrove I am reviewing. The first box didn’t wow me, and I was hoping this month will be better. There were a few items I could use from last month’s, and I was hoping for something better, since the theme is Temptress. You see a black and white photo, and a beautiful lady with red lips. You’d expect something like red lipsticks (duh!), or mascara, or something that invokes the sexiness in a Temptress… but I was wrong.
Sunday Sharing: 2013 Loves So Far
I have requests for favourites posts. Makeup wise, I can be stuck in a rut sometimes. I do have the basics down, but I might skip on colours when I’m in a hurry. I don’t change my skincare often, and I have a habit of using up a certain product before trying new ones. I have a penchant for accessories like rings, necklaces and earrings, so perhaps I’ll show you something….
Latest Guerlain Lemmings: Blanc de Pearl
Lemmings are harmless. Unless it turns into an ugly obsession. I have a few press images for you, so that perhaps, you’d share my drool and I’d feel less lonely. Blanc de Pearl skincare and makeup should be out this month, so when you’re reading this, it might be available already. However, I’m pretty sure it is Asia exclusive, so if you’re drooling on the other side of earth, I feel you buddy. Here are some visuals, and a few products I’m particularly interested in.
Sunday Sharing: A Peek Into My Makeup Pouch
Do you keep a separate makeup pouch / bag? Where do you keep it? I have a Shu Uemura makeup bag which fits quite a few things in it. I keep this bag in my office. Sometimes when I’m pressed for time, I’d arrive at my office bare faced, and quickly put on some colour. All it takes is 5 minutes. This bag of makeup stayed unchanged for the past 3 weeks and here they are.
