Review: Lancome L’Absolu Rouge and Creme de Brillance in 395 Rose Grenat

I’m not much of a Lancome person. My skin doesn’t really agree with Lancome skincare, or rather, Lancome doesn’t do much for my skin. I really like Lancome’s foundations, but only those made in Japan because the shade match is awesome – specially tailored for Asian skin tones. Then the rest, they’re not mind blowing and I just never really had a strong urge to really give the brand a chance. I picked these up about a year ago, because I was drawn to the shade. I think these are the only 2 Lancome lip products I ever purchased and kept. I bring you shade 395, Rose Grenat.

Review: Bobbi Brown Lip Color Hot Berry and Sandwash Peach

I remember Bobbi Brown was one of my first makeup loves. As a newbie in makeup, I always geared towards more natural colours, and Bobbi is the queen of neutrals. That was before I started blogging. I’d go through tubes of Bobbi Brown lipsticks and one of my favourites was Brownie. It was a pinkish brown on me which didn’t look dated at all. Then my makeup stash started to pile, and I couldn’t use up many products after that. Now, it’s even worse. Let’s not talk about that. Let’s talk Bobbi Brown Lip Colors.

Project Make A Dent #2

It’s been a while since I followed up with this Project Make A Dent. If you missed the first one, or if you don’t know what this is about, please click here where I explained it. For the first project, I cheated by using up all products close to finishing. I’m happy to report they were all gone in a couple of months. So now, I want to pick some other stuff, either to use up, or to really make a dent in it.

Review: Clinique Moisture Surge CC Cream Swirl Compact SPF30PA++

Who isn’t familiar with CC Creams by now? You aren’t? Where have you been, dude? It was all about BB Creams and now I think most brands already came up with CC Creams. CC Creams are usually colour correcting creams, and this one by Clinique is no different. The only difference, compared to the rest I’ve tried, is that this comes in a compact.
