Clinique CC 1

This CC Cream Is A Face Primer: Clinique CC Cream Fresh Peach

My first CC cream review is from Rachel K and it works really well on my skin. It has more coverage, and to be honest, it could pass for BB cream, only with lighter texture. Now, this CC cream from Clinique is something different. It is newly launched and you might have seen it in counters already. The one I have is for colour correcting. I was sent Fresh Peach, and here is what I think.

diorsnow foundation 1

Dior Diorsnow White Reveal Fresh Transparency Liquid Foundation

I’ve been talking so much about this prior to this review proper, I’m sure you’re either intrigued or sick of it already. Yes, it’s the Dior Diorsnow White Reveal Fresh Transparency Liquid Foundation (RM170). From the previous Diorsnow liquid foundations I’ve tested, they were thicker and heavier than their Dior Nude or Diorskin Forever counterparts. However, this one is different.

Crystal Rose 1

Diorsnow makeup: Frost Bloom and Crystal Rose

Today I will be talking about 2 items sent to me a while ago. A Diorsnow edition eye palette Frost Bloom and a face powder called Diorsnow Light Reveal Colour Correcting Powder in 001 Crystal Rose. Diorsnow skin care is one of my favourites, and it is a whitening / brightening range available in Asia. The makeup launched on a yearly basis also promotes just that. A brightening effect for the face. So, face powders are to illuminate, and eye shadows are usually pale, sheer and irridescent. It’s the snowy effect after all :-)

Revlon Colorstay 1

Revlon Colorstay Makeup for Combination Oily Skin And Colorstay Concealer Perform Very Differently

I was sent the Colorstay Makeup and concealer, and their new Photoready BB cream about a month ago. I saw them, and they are on the opposite side of the colour spectrum. They sent me the lightest shade available for the foundation which is 180 Sand Beige and the concealer is Medium, which looks orange on me, and the darkest shade of the BB cream available here which is Medium. The foundation is still a tad dark after it oxidizes so can you imagine what the concealer does? The worst is the BB cream. Do you know what an Oompa Loompa looks like? Now, imagine a BURNT Oompa Loompa. HAHAHAHAH!

Rachel K CC Cream

I first saw Rachel K CC Creams when I was at Guardian One Utama in KL, walking around with fellow bloggers Sukie and Steph. We tested it on our hands and thought it was interesting. The L’Oreal Infallible eye shadows were just out so if I’m not mistaken, we went to check that out, not thinking too much about this.
