To compensate for the super long thesis yesterday, today’s post will be short and sweet. I bring you Dior Spring Ball on your nails This is launched in line with the new Dior Addict Gloss (which I will talk about in another post) and there are 4 star shades to choose from. The other 3 shades are Princess, Diablotine and Delice. There’s also a gel top coat which I have already talked about earlier.
So, VanityTrove went through a rocky start. Their debut box 2 months ago was average, their second box was a disaster, and now comes the third box: VanityTrove April 2013. Will this box redeem VanityTrove’s reputation or is it going downhill from here? The theme for this month’s box is The Shower Of Summer. I have 3 months to work out the relevant themes to what’s inside the box. I just can’t attune my mind frequency to what they are thinking. I absolutely cannot relate to it the last 2 months, but I think I finally get it this month!
I never really liked any top coats until I found Dior. My Revlon one didn’t add any shine and the Sally Hansen chipped by the 3rd day. Dior Top Coat is really one of the most underrated top coats ever. Everyone talks about Seche Vite and I’ve tried it (chipped by the 5th day), but I still prefer my Dior. I was recently sent their latest top coat in gel form, so I thought it appropriate to tell you about both the top coats from Dior. Which is better?
I don’t do this much, but I thought I’d put a very simple collage for you, all from Dior Summer Bird Of Paradise offering. I thought I needed a lot of practice, so I’ll start here. I don’t want to talk too much about them yet, but I am VERY excited to see the blush/bronzer duo which is the star product and that Jelly Lip Pen. I wonder if it’s sheer or pigmented, and if the star product is as good as is looks.
The Grand Bal Collection brings you nail polishes that look rather unique. Some think they look like light bulbs, Christmas tree ornaments and what have you. Either way, I still think they look cute. Probably not what Dior is going for, but oh wellz
