Sunday Stash Shopping #5

This week, I decided to go khaki. I pulled out my mini Dior Royal Khaki quint and my Chanel Vert Khaki, along with Urban Decay pencil liner in Stash. Base products are pretty much the same. The same Diorsnow face powder which I have scheduled a review for (watch out for it next week), the Shiseido base that just. won’t. die. (ugh!), the Clarins Vitamin Pink blush that only has a quarter left, my ever faithful brow companion from Shu Uemura (review also out next week), and a sample mascara from Estee Lauder. I also added a highlighter in my routine and rekindled my love for Dior Amber Diamond. For lips, I decided something sheer so I stuck with Clinique Chubby Stick in Oversized Orange.

Sunday Stash Shopping #4

For the last couple of weeks, I went for a neutral eye most of the time. I was sent the Clinique Chubby Stick for eyes and have been loving it. I will write more about it later :-)

Sunday Stash Shopping #1

Bye bye Sunday Sharing series, Hello Sunday Stash Shopping! Now that I’m on a makeup ban, I am now shopping in my own stash. It’s a good way to re-discover old loves, going ooh and aah over things I have forgotten, and maybe go ‘eh??’ on why I ever bought that shitty eye shadow in that first place. Good reason to find a better home for it then. LOL!

A Brief Write Up On Shiseido Perfect UV Protector SPF50 PA+++

I am picky with sunscreens. I have mentioned before that I dislike sunscreens that are heavy or greasy. Sometimes I go out right after work, and those dinner or outings might call for flash photography. I also dislike sunscreens that give me a white cast. That is why I love my Shiseido Perfect UV Protector SPF50 PA+++. I talked about Shiseido Multi-Defense UV Protector a long time ago, and I still can’t figure out what the difference is. The only obvious one I see is the blue rim, and perhaps the words “Very Water Resistant”.

FOTD: Guerlain Liu Lip And Eye Calligraphy Palette

You’ve seen how I wear Turandot, so now is time for Liu, as promised. To see the swatches of this palette, please click here. I wanted to make it bolder but that wouldn’t be wearable. This is something I think will add a little twist to the look, but you can still wear it out to dinner. Less words more pictures. Let’s get to it shall we?
